Silvereye

Silvereye was built as part of the Global Digital Marketplace Programme, run by the the UK Government Digital Service (GDS), funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) as part of the Global Anti-Corruption Programme.

Silvereye is a web-based tool to help create and store procurement notices in the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) including an API for consuming this data.

Bluetail

Bluetail is an example project combining beneficial ownership and contracting data, for use during government procurement.

It ingests data about contracting processes in OCDS format, data about beneficial ownership in BODS format and data about other aspects of people in Popolo format and combines them to flag situations for further investigation.

Open Contracting Data Standard

The Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) is a data standard endorsed by the UK Government which enables deep analysis of procurement data and comparison across different datasets.

Beneficial Ownership Data Standard

Beneficial Ownership data describes the natural person who owns or controls a legal entity (such as a company or a trust), whether they own it directly or indirectly.

The international non-profit organisation Open Ownership has created the Beneficial Ownership Data Standard (BODS) to meet the need for a data standard covering Beneficial Ownership data.
